"Extremely Unprofessional"

The people have been very nice, however they are very unprofessionals and do not take any responsibility for their actions.

I have took my dog for teeth cleaning. I have strictly asked them to contact me if they have any questions or need to do anything else than agreed.

After a few hours they have called me and said that they have removed 16 teeth out of his mouth without consulting me first.

I don't mind the amount this have cost (£500), although I was much more concerned about the fact that they didn't even bother to ask me any permission.

I have spoke with other people who have used to take their pets there and got very negative reviews on this place.

Your vet is no different from your doctor and should have responsibility.

Please make sure you check the place you take your pets carefully.

I would never take my dog again to that horrible place and will recommend anyone using their services to ask them before hand about their policies..
