"Never again!"

Unprofessial, unreliable, rude staff.

I will never use Abba Cars again.

I booked a cab in advance on a special ocassion and has never arrived.

Got a confirmation message that cab is coming, then 20 minutes prior the time- missed call. Tried to recall a nr 5 times. Was really worried that it might be a cab driver and was thinking that it is not time to call me that early anyway. He has never bothered to pick up a phone. 8 minutes prior the picking up I got a message that is not coming. Called an office.They told me I haven't picked up a phone. I was trying to explain that I recall a nr 5 times, being stressed out that a caller doesn't bother to answer. Anyway why a cab was calling me 20 minutes before the time? If I have a confirmation message that is coming why I should even bother about it?

Cab was supposed to be outside waiting for me in few minutes, was not coming. Very disappointed. Never again..
