Everytime my two year old isn't well I call to make appointment after waiting 15-20mins I always get cut off, and never can be seen as emergency, I live up stairs from the surgery and never can I be seen when I need to be, I think the reception are rude to pick up the phone and blatantly hang up I'm feed up with it..
