Avoid at all costs. Booked taxis don't turn up - bit of a problem with an early flight from Heathrow. Drivers are very variable, some very good , others should not have license - one was texting in the fast lane of the M25 in busy traffic. One driver did not know his way from Twickenham to Heathrow T2! Latest and final straw - my daughter booked a car for an early trip to Gatwick. Car did not show, called office who denied there was a booking but sent a car. Booked car did not show at Gatwick for return, so alternative had to be found at some expense. Then 3 weeks later, around midnight,39 missed calls and texts from driver who was presumably at Gatwick trying to pick her up. Would not advise anybody to use these people..
