A review of Malaysia Airlines by Maureen written on Monday 13th of April 2015
I have tried for over 6 weeks to get someone to answer a call or even respond to letters,no one does either, we were refused boarding a malaysian flight due to someone in group have a very very little bit of damage to the corners of his passport, but the photo page was intact and worse still the microchip was completely intact ,as a result of this we had to go back to the British embassy in bangkok only to find out the closed for a half day on Friday and didn't open again till the following Monday, an additional 4 night stay new flight booked at last minute so through the roof prices, taxi's back and forward to embassy and numerous sleepless nights.
As result of this incompetence it has cost us £1750.00, but to add insult to injury, the embassy told us the passport was fine and should have been accepted .
