"A quote but no job"

In January 2015 we had someone come round a give us a quote for 7 new radiators and had to send a cheque but was told they have no date as dealing with people who have no heating and this is the same story we have had since Feb have now had the cheque back and got someone else to do the job all within a space of 2 weeks not months like with the gas board and i have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and this is how they treat me. WHAT CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE.
