"Never again"

I spok on the phone to the receptionist,wich at that point she pass me to the manager.I said i had problems with the axle of my slicer if they can have a look .they ask me if i was one of they customers wich i reply yes. The manager said :we have a look and let you know.I haven't heard for a few days so i decided to call to see if was any problems.Tha answer from the manager was,well they had to spend a lot of time with it bla bla bla it will be ready tomorrow,and the cost with service will be £180.00.At that point i said i did not ask for the service,but only to change the axle.well they said if we don't give the service we wouldn't repaired the machine.tho cut short i paid,wich i didn't have to,as they service the machine without my permision,cancel my contract,and NEVER AGAIN.Some people forget when they were small.Now is easy money.i'm not surprice theyr are crossing to France as well .Any way remember Not Service Not Repairs.So minimum charge starts at 75.00 pounds.Good luck.
