A review of Bravo Travel by James Dove written on Tuesday 31st of March 2015
The Aeromexico UK website sales section is really Bravo Travel. Hard to navigate website from iPad. Accidentally purchased flight for wrong time. Didn't realise had purchased ticket from Bravo Travel. Spent an 1 hour speaking to Aeromexico trying to change ticket. Turned out it was Bravo Travel who we had booked with. Only possible to find out by studying terms and conditions, not what most people want to do on beach. Spent more time and money trying to change flight. I was told it could be changed for £50 but the payment system didn't work. I was then told it would cost £55 each so a total of £110 for £100 flights! In addition to all of the other costs. Never again!.
