"Surprising Text Message."

Keep getting a text message from this library reminding me of overdue returns on 3 items . As i have never used the services of this library and am not even a member.and my name is certainly not Ayse Gokcek And i have never met this person i am puzzled to say the least and would like to know how the Library managed to obtain my T/phone number?.
