They came to pick me up at the airport and charged me additional £10 because of 50minutes waiting time.

When I complained the driver said they normally give 20/30 minutes from landing time. It means that from the moment the aircraft has its wheels on the ground you have no more than 30 mins to go out of it, going to passport control, wait your turn and get your luggage.. Quite impossible in London!

And by the way, he did not tell me about the additional charge until we were on our way so I could not get out of the car!

Never again!
