"In regards of my PNB atm,issued in the Philppines"

Hello,

Ive got an opportunity to talk personally one of the employee of PLC PNB,in Victoria,London.I did inquire to askof my atm,that I bring here in UK.Because I want to know if the 3,000 pesos that I saved on my said account atm if is still there in my accounts.The employee said,"Sir its still there" all you have to do is at least I have to update my savings every month.He gave me a form & explain to me everything.And I post all the documents sometimes October of 2014.Untill more than a month iv"e waited for the reply,very frustrated.Not even a single Yes or No,that I heard from them.I was hoped that it was a friendly co-fellow....but No.I am hoping somebody will do for an action in this matter,even I just started for the amount of 3,000 pesos.I am so frustrated that no one replied at me.
