"Customer service needs improving..!"

Thought I'll go to a good hair salon do Booked in for a colour and highlights, as soon as I got there was seen quickly, thought all looks too good!.. till I met my stylist didn't introduce who she was, Wasn't even bothered to discuss my hair needs I had to literally remind her what I was having done!, not one bit interested just kept saying hair was so damaged I needed a cut & extras!!!... Anyway ended up with a treatment, thought I wouldn't have any hair left she was so rough handed & kept leaving to do another client., that's such bad service.! just wanted to get out, literally took 3 hours, & still quite pricey with the discount. Definetly won't be going back...!.
