"Incompetent HR Department. "

My negative review stems from a Job application I made last year as

a night support worker. After being successful at the interview stage and then doing all the necessarily paper work for recruitment never heard back from the organisation again. Emails were ignored from the HR department and the organisation did not have the decency to inform me of the process or respond to my complaint. I am a experienced candidate with satisfactory references so to be treated

so shoddy has left me fustrated at this housing association. In my experience if issues arise or a post is withdrawn the very least the employer can do is inform you in writing? Terrible experience and not a nice way to be treated as a candidate..
