"Redirection gone WRONG"

A review of Royal Mail Group PLC by Disappointed owner written on Wednesday 19th of November 2014

We bought a house in Maybole Ayrshire from someone of the same Surname but our first names and initials are quite different. My correctly addressed mail has been redirected to the other family on 4 separate occasions and I have been in to our distribution point on 3 occasions to complain. I wrote to Neil Turner at Old Street a week ago and he has not bothered to acknowledge.

Come on ROYAL MAil, get your act together. I have used the service before and was delighted with it.
