"Lazy "

Seldoc doctors are lazy and non helpful! In the past 2 month have made 2 calls to them, first time was for my 1 year old, who had high temperature, took her there and was sent home saying she had a cold, even tho she had no running nose or coughing, was told to wait for her GP to open, next day took her GP and they admitted her into hospital for an infection. second call was for 75 year old elderly,who had high temperature doctor refused to come out, advice was to take 2 paracetamol and 2 baths???? Lady ended up in hospital after was told to wait for GP to open next day! If Seldoc refuses to help there is no point in having this service, don't waste your time calling these people your better off going to hospital first cause by the time they get around to try and help you, you will end up there anyway! Never using this service ever again!.
