"Terrible food... poor value for money"

We ordered food from them once for delivery. It cost £23.20 for 8 meals. First of all the delivery took nearly an hour, when they said 30 minutes. The food was relatively cold and we have to heat it up in the microwave. The meals are small portions. They added too much salt to our foods. Some we could not even eat and had to thrown it away. We actually found hairs in one of our meals. We called back and ask for our money back. It was much more difficult then we first thought. They refused to give full refund as we ate most of ate. But i decided to accept this. They promise that one of their delivery man will come to give us the money in about an hour. That person never came, it took several phone calls and nearly all nights for me to get our partial refund. Overall, the service is terrible, the food is terrible. And i would not recommend it to anyone..
