A review of Talk Talk by Red Teddo written on Tuesday 30th of September 2014
We are existing Talk-Talk customers. We asked them to upgrade us to Fibre-optic. Between them and BT they made a complete mess. We didn't get the fibre-optic and we lost Broadband altogether. BT sent 3 engineers but still the problem wasn't solved. I have spent countless hours on the phone for 8 days trying to speak to someone. I have beenpassed from pillar to post, kept waiting on the phone, cut off lots of times. There is no-one in Customer Services that you can speak to, only workers in India. I even wrote to the chief director of Customer Services in London - Nigel Pearson - and he didn't reply either. Still waiting for a Talk Talk engineer to visit. Hopeless! .
