When i visited 5 Beckton Road i thought the organisation was unorganised with no one at reception.I also experienced a male getting out of hand and we was escorted into a side room because of this,the man then started shouting and crying because he was distressed however no one came to speak to him,he was sent away.The place was untidy was children roaming around without parents.I found this unexcepable to go to a place like this for help/advise,the services provided are for children but set a bad example.However the young girl that is my socail worker was polite and helpful..
