"Third class service"

I was at home but the Royal Mail Postman, Colindale Area (West Hendon Sorting Office) did not make any attempt to deliver the small parcel to us and just put a card though the letter box fixed to the gate. Luckily I was checking the letter box frequently second time round therefore managed to get hold of the postman by chance otherwise he would not have delivered the parcel again! No wonder Royal Mail is losing the customers....
