"Very poor customer care"

The store sells very expensive clothes , small sizes and poor quality.Bought a dress for my daughter, couldn't fit. They refused to refund me, said only do exchange. I had to take another dress for her. If you buy there you won't get your money back,stay away from them. Looking for children's clothes go to East Ham there is a shop next to the High Street. I really regret buying from them, have known the shop for more than 20 years and never bought anything there because of unreasonable prices..
