Going round four times round in the wedding ceremony .In Ghandis case he went round seven times with a piece of cloth tied to his brides to be in the film Ghandi by David Attenborough.

I would have liked an Englihs translation on a printed piece of paper so OI could have follwed the ceremony and meaning of the sacred bond between the newly married couple of a man and a woman.The singing was good and refreshments were provided before the wedding ceremony.

Whilst aving the samosas,sweets,bhajias ,chutney,cuppa tea ,I went and read some the martys of Sikkhism,who fought the tyrrany of mongol Arungzeb and also how some Hindu Brahmins went to Sikhs to seek support against oppression of the Hindus by mongols in Kashmir,now a disputed territory.Indeed,what would amaze many folks is that the battles are still raging in Kashmir juts like Gaza even after centuries just likethe Shia dnSunni battles and catholics and protestants.Indeed,in one scene of two Sikh ladies case,it read words to the effect that the martys chldrens were chopped up in front of thier mothers,garland made out of the flesh and then tied round thier neck before they were killed.An enlish lady,reading it ,commented that she couldnt bear to read anymore and did ask if it really happened.but isnt there an old saying--scratch a human being and a svage animal lurks under the skin as we have seen stalins,hitlers,idi amins,pol pot etc etc come and go in the world causing untold misery,suffering on global community and humanity.hence,how does one or anyone overcome the propensity in humans to kill,slaughter and hnger for conquests and domination and subjugation..
