"Bad experience"

I disagree.maybe they are good with simple prescription but I found them unhelpfull and with bad attitude.i am 35 years old and

I am after cataract surgery and went to see them for my lenses check.need toric lenses for reading and distance.

Had 3 visits.first was eye check and two another ones for checking if my lenses are right(I had two different multifocal prescription lenses but found them still blurry)

So when I asked them to try different ones I heart that my expectations are to high and I need to pay another £60.

Noone told me about it before so I refuse to do that without talking with opthamologist on the phone about different solutions for me.After that they said that they DO NOT want to help me and I should go to another place.

They didnt give me a chance to speak to opthamologist about another solutions for me.

On my last visit opthamologist promised me a refer me to eye surgery clinic but it never happened, and I can not even speak with him about it without paying.

So after visiting Kingsleys optitians I end up without money and lenses.before I did appointement with them I spoke with 3 members of staff from them to be sure they will know my story before I will pay so they know exactly that my prescription are unusual.

Very dissapointing experience..
