Do EDF Energy know what customer service is??? I have been trying to get to Meters changed for the last 2 months, and been given 3 separate dates for this, and a shed full of excuses why it asn't happened.
The engineer came and we weren't in (turns out he went to wrong address, and despite being given house phone number and a mobiles, just went away
Given a new date almost 2 months away not acceptable, given another date which meant interrupting a holiday arrangement, then to have to date put forward by 2 days and guess what "the booking" was not made correctly so no one turn up. Now got yet another date of the 21st. AM booked We shall see. I'll keep you and watchdog posted.
Also speaks volumes That Mr Steve Hayfield Customer Service Director as to be "protected" from customers. "Customer Service" what Customer Service.
