A review of Morris Roots Natural Hair by Anonymous written on Friday 11th of July 2014
The staff do a good job in my hair, particularly some. The quality of service is pretty good. Sometimes it seems like some of the staff do not really want to initiate conversation (could that be shyness?) but they do listen to what you want, are quite hospitable otherwise, offering a drink and can be friendly also at times.
The music is a bit loud, "bungaruckoo" and repetitive. I understand staff are young and need to keep themselves "pepped up" but I don't like it as a customer. When you keep hearing the same songs over and over again, it is a bit much. There is nothing wrong with a radio program having a discussion or a bit of quiet here and there!
The prices are far too high. I found a business card from not long ago and the prices are now double what they were. Yes, there is the rising cost of living but it must hit pockets of loyal customers hard and some have to miss out of treatments to save their money for more essential things. Is there some sort of loyalty system which could be put in place so that people save after a couple of visits?
The products are the best I have come across for my hair and Morris Roots know what they are doing..
