...as with other reviewers here, the telephone rang and rang unanswered before the ringing tone abruptly ending. There's no email address to contact, which presumably means I have to travel from the other side of the Borough to visit in person if I want the answer to simple question. Perhaps the Royal Mail's new shareholders could employ a few more people so they actually offer a postal SERVICE. .
