"Rude customer service;("

Very rude customer service,wanted to buy a part for a boiler and without asking me the female counter seller gave me a second hand parties....when I asked her for a new one she bacame rude and unproffesional....she send me down to another part of the shop but they haven't had the new part I wanted-never had in the past!!!!so up again and asked her for second hand part....she refuse to sell it to me...without looking at me she started with another customer....when I asked to speak to manager...they managed to talk in their own language and again been refused to sell the part...do not recommend the shop!!!!it has to be their way or not selling(heard the other customers in the meantime)....not looking after the customer...very rude!!!!!!

forgot to mention I was with a child and nobody was helpfull or caring. .....spend an hour in the shop only to be diverted from upstairs to downstairs and back again;( .
