"Terrible service"

Been phoning the Woolwich probation centre for 3 weeks to find out what day a family member is being released so I can pick them up cannot get hold of Shola and was spoken to by a rude college of hers who put the phone down on me. It's a disgusting manor which they conduct business and needs reviewing by the appropriate authorities..
