"Poor service"

Today my mother visited Neelam sarees to a return a recently bought sari which was faulty. The lady who served her whom we believe to be the owner refused to acknowledge that there was a problem with the saree and moreover was very rude in her manner and rather aggressive in her speech. She said that the dare could only be exchanged but as there did not seem to be anything else reasonably priced and indeed even of good quality my mother was unable to find something in replacement and again ,politely asked for a refund. The lady would not change her mind at all and insisted that the date was fine telling my mother" that she thought she knew everything" . There was a complete lack of customer care and in fact the service was extremely poor. I would never recommend Neelam sarees and would advise against visiting this shop . .
