TWICE I have went to the pick-up point at Green Park.

TWICE I have explained to the person who phoned that my CSCS card has not come through yet.

TWICE I was told that as long as I had proof I had passed the test for CSCS card and had suitable I.D. it would be O.K.

TWICE I have been treated like excrement and fobbed-off

with the excuse that nobody had told the person in charge(Laurence)that it was O.K.

TWICE I am now out of pocket either through their lack

of interest or UNPROFFESIONALISM.
