Paid full whack for a direct flight as PIA are the only airline that offer this 'service', for my disabled mother. Flight changed THREE times - twice because it was coming via Islamabad (instead of Karachi to London direct - as paid for) and third time simply cancelled. They had this information 4 days prior but only advised the day before!!!

Extremely frustrating and hugely disappointing. Absolutely rubbish experience..
