"Manager of this court should be sacked"

Been a year now, divorce petition was supposed to be served by the court bailiff. They tried few times but my ex wouldn't let them in or respond to them. So they sent everything back to the court and now I can't get absolutely any response from this frigging court! The manager of this court should be sacked, there are more skilled people looking for jobs out there..
