"Never again"

I ordered red roses to be delivered for my girlfriend for her birthday. I did also asked for a aqua pack. When they arrived all the roses were pink not red. And no aqua pack. I called them back up to ask them why have you send pink and not red. I was told that I never asked for red,. ( I did ). I then asked if she could collect them and bring the red ones I asked for. I was then told that they are waiting for them to come in ????. Sounds like they never had them.. the girl was also so rude to my girlfriend when she came back to collect them. She was shouting at my girlfriend so much that she just closed the door on her. And she never had the red roses with her. I will never never use them again. I did ask for a refund but the reply I got I am not able to put on here. .
