"Complaint about the doctor"

I had an appointment today at 4pm with the Dr Ameesh Patel at Edith Cavell Surgery and I arrived 10 mins later because of the traffic on the road. I was told that doctor will not be seeing me today because of the lateness, which is arguable because the policy says that patients can be seen by a doctor even if they arrive up to 10 mins late. I had to take another leave from my work because of my health problems and the doctor's ignorance of patients and unwillingness to see and help them. .
