"Dont lose your money"

During an emergency I contacted Kerala travels for a ticket to India... Prakash, who runs the business, said that he has ticket to India for that day... I went and collected the ticket after paying the money... but realized that it was ticket for next day... he assured that in the check-in counter they will allow me to board the flight... believing it I went to airport but not allowed to boarded flight with that ticket... so I had to book another flight on the same day and travelled... I cancelled the ticket on the same day but the amount was credited into Prakash account who is refusing to give the refund for past 2 years....
