"Cosseted by Kosit Hair Salon"

Suffering from severed alopecia you can imagine my confidence was at a low ebb. I decided rightly or wrongly to try and hide my problem by getting a weave. I researched extensively the best Salons and liked what I had read about Kosit. My confidence was further enhanced by the time and depth of conversation that George allowed me over the phone. Confidence a bit higher I made and appointment but was still very concerned that my alopecia would be made worse by traction due to the weave. They have their own technique which puts less pressure on the hair follicles.

I must admit that the first cane row was too tight and I could feel it pulling my hair but this was remedied when I asked for it to be made more loose. Communication was great. Frequently, I was asked if I was ok and how my head felt. I felt really well cared for and just as important the final result was FANTASTIC!

Thank you to all the staff at Kosit who have made my first visit so rewarding in every way. I have booked again for maintenance and have no problem recommending this salon at all..
