"Communications service - a joke !!"

What a joke I think communications this shower need to be organised and at least have a real contact number instead of the frustration they cause with their stupid auto reply

now , anyone out there who as actually ever spoken to a real advisor

you should all leave this cowboy outfit and

join a company who can be bothered to communicate properly to their customers

I am totally disgusted with this service and urge you all to show your disapproval of these auto centres .
