This surgery is very poorly managed. It is not unusual for an appointment to take 15 minutes to arrange, after hanging on the phone listening to the misic and then having to deal with inefficient staff. The appointment system is not designed for the convenience of patients, but the convenience of the GP's. I have sat in the waiting room, having arrived in plenty of time for my scheduled appointment, discovering that my GP had been having a meeting with a pharmaceutical rep which delayed my appointment..
