"Not a good experience"

Very difficult to book tickets through the New Wimbledon theatre webpage. And if you make a phone call to an 0844 number, you are charged (apart from the phone charge) nearly £8 for booking 2 tickets. Given this state of affairs, the theatre is losing customers. .
