"Still waiting to talk to someone!!!"

Getting a divorce is stressful enough without having to wait on the line for an hour to ask a question. I only wanted to know how to re-submit the application, so that I do it correctly, but called for 4 days and held on for an hour each time to speak to someone, I am still waiting. They need to improve their customer services!!!
