"Care and Efficiency at Mansell Road practice"

When i called the surgery last Tuesday and explained my symptoms ,not only the staff listened attentively and extremely sympathetically, one of the GPS (Dr. Stapleton) phoned within minutes and after listening to my explanations advised me to stay calm which had a great psychological impact on me, she arranged with the ambulance service who arrived at my door within a very short time and I was taken to the local A&E.

The degree of care, speed and efficiency displayed by the staff, doctors and who ever that may be involved behind the scene was beyond my expectations.

I do not know of a word , phrase or sentence that can adequately express my gratitude , all I can say is I am privileged to be registered with such a surgery with such a dedicated staff.

I simply say thanks and wish the doctors, and the staff at Mansell Road practice the best.
