Awful service. The lady after me in the queue was served first because her train was coming. This left me in the predicament of missing my train or losing my coffee. I chose to take the train and not receive my coffee. Meanwhile the lady who paid a good two minutes after me is now sat on her train with her hot beverage. I will never use this stand again as there is much better in the tunnel that links the platforms. Very disappointing..
