"Web site not useable"

There web site access is so much hard work, when I sent a letter to cancel my account as it took me so long to get anything done on it I just received a letter saying that they have closed my account and nothing about the fact that I closed due to the fact the web site was so complicated, very disgusted with them, also no email address to return my disgust.
