I trained in Daves gym for many years. Well organised and friendly atmosphere.

At 72 yrs old i am retired and still working out in the gym in Spain. I enjoy working out on punch bag as i did in Daves gym.

My best wishes to all my friends at the gym.

I encourage all people no matter what age to train at Daves gym which is the best gym around..
