A review of Pansa Thai Restaurant by Andrea Blount written on Tuesday 3rd of April 2007
We went for my mum's birthday - just to the local Thai around the corner. On first impressions, we were worried, as we were the only ones in there.
We need not have worried. The staff were so attentive, polite and friendly from the word go. We received complimentary prawn crackers, and everything was brought with a smile. The red and green curry's were both lovely, as were the pad thai and the stir fried duck dish.
As it was my mum's birthday, and we had given them a cake to bring out later, they made up a complimentary cocktail type drink for us all, then later we all got a complimentary jasmine tea, then after that we all got a complimentary baileys and midori shooter.
I was very impressed with the whole meal and service and left the biggest tip I've ever left in a restaurant.
Would definitely go back!.
