I have a scratched swarovski pendant which was a gift from my husband and means a lot to me.when I went to the swarovski brabd I became really disappointed knowing the own brand which sell this jewel doesn't take responsibility for fix it at all,simply they don't repair the glass sold by themselves.so after searching on internet I found this place.I went with my pendant and today I picked it up.I cannot describe how happy I felt when I saw it fully fixed,shiny as just bought and also the chain was polished without any previous request. On the other hand the service was really kind,friendly,fast and efficient. Therefore highly recommended,five stars!.
