"Pimlico Village Cafe - Cafe with class"

I've been a regular customer at Pimlico Village Cafe for many years now. It's in an excellent location, just next to Pimlico tube station, so a cracking meeting point. In all the time that I have frequented the cafe, I have found the lattes to be consistently delectable; the food delicious; the hygiene of the highest standard; and the people that work there are consistently customer-focused, helpful and efficient. All food and drink is presented in an attractive way. There are internet facilities downstairs and wi-fi available throughout (I regularly take my laptop there & work whilst having something to eat and drink). If a particular type or strength or coffee is desired, then simply tell the staff and they will produce it for you. The owner has a policy of recruiting highly intelligent staff who are invariably in London to learn English. They are bright, helpful, friendly people. No matter how busy they are, they are always courteous. What I have witnessed though is people being obnoxious to them and not saying 'please' or 'thank you', which is a disgrace. So all in all top ratings from me..
