"Fantastic"

I was with Michael, Scott and lau until 2011 when I found a quote on line for around £50 less. As money was tight I took the policy elsewhere but to this day I regret it.

I was involved in an accident and when trying to report it I was passed around from call centre to call centre, nobody seemed to want to help after all they had my money so why would they. The claim is still ongoing.

I have recently gone back to Michael, Scott & Lau who have been exceptional, the staff are always polite and friendly and explain everything in a clear way. I wont be moving from them again..
