I am english...back in the 60's I travelled from Wembley to Cricklewood to work at Smiths as a machinist, here I met my beloved wife to be, Chrissy, she hailed from Fermoy in Southern Ireland, and lived locally in digs in Mora Rd.very close to the Galtymore ....it was here that I learned to dance and meet many Irish folk who became very good friends..I have much to say of those heady days so would like to contact others who share my memories, please make an old man happy as I lost my dear one to cancer in 2006.....beesmyth@hotmail.co.uk.
