"Flavorful coffee. Lackluster service."

We discovered this beautiful store after a shopping trip and were excited to try out their coffee which has a royal warrant.

Initially we were impressed by its olde-worlde charm but were soon put off by the lack of service and the rude reception that we received when we wanted to make a purchase.

The coffee is no doubt extremely good. However I wouldn't want to step foot in that shop again and would prefer to order online instead..
