We booked with them for our son who was travelling alone for the first time. we are very happy with all the help and assistance that southall travels provided and ensured a hassle free travel for our son. the agent was able to offered a number of options with different airlines and we decided to book BA. they handled our booking very professionally and I felt valued customer. It is for their wonderful consumer focus that I would recommend them and will book with them in future too..
